The Bee the Future Fast Track Apprenticeship is an enhanced apprenticeship experience designed for people who are ready to learn faster, grow in confidence and build a rewarding career with Busy Bees.
Delivered through three dedicated Fast Track Hubs, the Academy offers far more than a traditional apprenticeship. You’ll learn alongside a small group of apprentices, receive expert coaching and mentoring, and follow a structured development programme designed to help you become an exceptional Early Years Educator.
When you complete the programme, you’ll be ready to begin the next stage of your career in one of our Busy Bees centres, helping give children the best start in life.

Unlike a traditional apprenticeship, you’ll begin your journey in one of our purpose-built Fast Track Hubs. Starting from September 2026, each Academy is based within a Busy Bees centre, allowing you to learn in a real early years environment while benefiting from enhanced coaching, protected learning time and the support of a dedicated Academy team.

Within just 15 months, you’ll have the opportunity to achieve a nationally recognised qualification, gain valuable practical experience and begin a rewarding career with Busy Bees.
You could also be earning up to £27,872* as you take the next step in your Early Years career.
