Early Years Practitioner
Early Years Practitioners work in a range of settings, including nurseries, pre-schools, children's centres, schools, hospitals, home-based provision and out-of-school clubs. They help deliver the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), supporting the learning, development and care of children from birth to five in safe, stimulating indoor and outdoor environments.

Who it’s for
During this Level 2 Early Years Practitioner apprenticeship, you'll work directly with children every day, supporting activities, play and learning experiences. As part of a professional team, you'll help ensure children's wellbeing and development under the guidance of experienced Early Years Educators, teachers and other qualified professionals.

The Early Years Practitioner Level 2 Apprenticeship is assessed through workplace observations, professional discussions and the completion of a portfolio of evidence.
Early Years Practitioner Level 2
Progress to Early Years Educator Level 3 and beyond. Once you achieve your Level 2 qualification, you could unlock a rewarding career at Busy Bees with a starting salary from £26,790 based on a 40-hour contract.
