Who it’s for
This Level 3 Early Years Educator apprenticeship develops the knowledge and practical skills needed to deliver the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). You'll support the learning, development and care of children from birth to five, while working independently or as part of a professional team.

21 months (plus assessment)
The Early Years Educator Level 3 Apprenticeship is assessed through workplace observations, professional discussions and the completion of a portfolio of evidence.
Early Years Educator Level 3
Move into room leadership or Level 5 leadership programmes. Once you achieve your Level 3 qualification, you could unlock a rewarding career at Busy Bees with a starting salary from £27,872 based on a 40-hour contract.
