12 months' hospitality experience or a Level 2 catering apprenticeship; DBS check
15 months (plus assessment)
The Senior Production Chef Level 3 Apprenticeship is assessed through workplace observations, professional discussions and the completion of a portfolio of evidence.
Catering Apprenticeship Advanced Level 3
Progress to catering management across multiple sites.
